ASAP is a fantastic company to work with. Alex came out and did maintenance on our unit and was 100% honest with everything. Let me know that the unit was still in great condition, topped off the coolant, and informed us that the static pressure was on the high side. This is the best company for A/C and heating. I have been a customer for MANY years and they are reliable, on time, and do a great job. They quote fair prices and are a family-owned company. If you don't know who to call for A/C or heating service, call ASAP. One time, when I was very pregnant with my son, the heater went out. They were booked but still arranged to come over and get my heat back on!

OUTSTANDING service. Our neighborhood has had extensive damage to the grid due to the recent storms. My AC was not turning on and the house was HOT on Saturday night. Called ASAP on Sunday at 930. Alex was at my house (on his day off) at 11:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem and educated me on some features of my system and how to diagnose certain issues and got my system running in no time. Very reasonable fees and VERY friendly. I finally have a New HVAC serviceman after my old one retired years ago. Great find!

He was very professional and friendly; did what he needed to, took pictures, and then recommended the compressor saver. He explained what it’s meant to do and why it’s recommended.
